With more than 16 years of experience working in the Hospitality and Multi-family business, I would like to say most of my business is repeat customers.
Since forming KC and Company in 2002, I have worked with industry greats, leading manufacturers, developers, and designers creating projects across the Globe.
My passion is to keep a customer happy by educating themon lead times, product durabilities, and keeping them up to date on any unforeseen issues along the way. I work hard at responding to a clients request as soon as possible.
DAVIS ANNE WEIL
SALES & DESIGN ASSOCIATE

With six years of experience in multifamily and hospitality projects, Davis enjoys all phases of design from space planning to project installation.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Georgia Southern University in 2014, Davis began her career at Hirsch Bedner Associates in luxury hospitality and multi-family design.
​
She later shifted to working at Cortland Partners in 2018 after falling in love with multi-family design at HBA. The fast past environment at Cortland allowed her to install over ten communities in just over a year’s time.
After joining KC and Company in 2020, we are hoping to bring our client the entire package of interior and exterior multi-family design. Davis’s attention to detail and excellent eye for design promotes project success and exceeds client expectations.
